    Your policy number is your "Binder Number" on your pink card.  Also, if you look at any documentation from your insurance broker it should have the policy number on there.  If you can't find your policy number contact your broker and they will provide it for you.

    Why won’t the mobile app accept my date of birth?

    If the mobile app does not accept your date of birth as valid registration information please make sure that the policy number, and driver's license you entered are all correct and that the date of birth is the birth of the same person who's driver's license you entered.  If you are sure all the information entered is correct please contact your broker to confirm that they have the correct information on file.

    Changes take up to 3 business days to show on the app.
